What exactly is a Korean exfoliating mitt?
A Korean exfoliating mitt is a viscose towel worn on the hand, used to physically scrub dead skin off the body. It has been used in Korean bath culture for generations and is one of the most effective forms of exfoliation — no chemicals needed, just water and the mitt.
How is it different from a loofah?
A loofah only cleans the surface. The Korean mitt physically grips and removes layers of dead skin. You will literally see grey rolls of dead skin coming off your body — something a loofah cannot do.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Start with lighter pressure and test on a small area. The mitt contains no abrasive particles or chemicals — it is purely mechanical exfoliation and is gentler than most chemical exfoliants.
What is in the bundle?

How To Use
How do I use the RUBBA mitt?
Step 1 — Soak in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes. Step 2 — Slip the dry mitt onto your wet hand. No soap needed. Step 3 — Scrub in long firm strokes toward your heart. Step 4 — Rinse off and apply moisturiser immediately for 60% better absorption.
How often should I use it?
Once every 5 to 7 days is ideal. Over-exfoliating can irritate skin. Use it weekly as part of your bath ritual for best results.
How do I clean and store it?
Rinse thoroughly after each use and hang it using the loop to air-dry completely. Never leave it bunched up in a wet bag. With proper care each mitt lasts 3 to 4 months.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta and Sialkot.
How long does delivery take?
Major cities receive delivery within 1 to 2 business days. Other cities within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000. A flat Rs. 200 shipping fee applies on orders below Rs. 3,000.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. If you received a damaged or wrong item we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take a photo and WhatsApp it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via bank transfer for COD orders. You will receive WhatsApp confirmation once processed.

How to Use
How do I use the RUBBA mitt?

Do I use soap with it?
For the best exfoliation, do not use soap while scrubbing. Soap can reduce the mitt's ability to lift dead skin. After exfoliating, rinse your body and then cleanse with your regular body wash if desired.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your RUBBA purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

We're sorry to hear that. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
