How do I use the RUBBA mitt?

Do I use soap with it?
For the best exfoliation, do not use soap while scrubbing. Soap can reduce the mitt's ability to lift dead skin. After exfoliating, rinse your body and then cleanse with your regular body wash if desired.
How do I clean and store the mitt?
After each use, rinse the mitt thoroughly with warm water to remove any residue. Gently squeeze out excess water and hang it in a well-ventilated area to air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your RUBBA purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please contact us before returning any item.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at hello@rubba.pk or message us on WhatsApp: +92 336 9336904 with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
